What are your office hours? Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are closed for major holidays.
Do you offer evening appointments? Yes, we have some appointments after 5:00 p.m. to accommodate different schedules.
Where are you located? We are located off Highway 99/New Salem Road in Murfreesboro, TN. Our address is 2611 Salem Creek Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37128.
What age ranges do you work with? We provide therapy for individuals ages 5 and up, though we primarily work with teens and adults.
Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions? Yes! We provide both in-person sessions at our office and telehealth sessions for clients who prefer remote options.
How long is a typical therapy session? Sessions typically last 50 minutes.
Do you prescribe medication? No, psychologists do not prescribe medication. However, we can refer you to a psychiatrist or medical provider.
Do you accept insurance? We accept most major insurance providers, however, some of our Providers are self-pay.
What if my insurance does not cover therapy? If your insurance does not cover therapy or you prefer to pay privately, we offer self-pay options.
What forms of payment do you accept? Credit/Debit Cards, HSA, Checks, Money Orders, Cash
How do I know if therapy is right for me? If you are struggling with stress, emotions, past trauma/hurts, relationships, personal challenges, and so much more – therapy can help. An initial consultation can determine the best approach for your needs.
How often should I go to therapy? Frequency depends on your needs. Some clients attend weekly, while others come biweekly or monthly. Your Provider will work with you to create the best schedule.
What should I expect during my first session? Your Provider will ask about your concerns, goals, background, what is currently going on, etc. to develop a personalized treatment plan. It is a safe space to share at your own pace.
How do I set up my first appointment? Please contact our office by telephone, email, or through our website to schedule an appointment.
What should I bring for my first appointment? Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out intake forms. We will need state identification (e.g., Driver’s License) and insurance card.
